SAMON is looking for a technically skilled and experienced employee who wants to take on an important role in our production.

About the role

This is a varied role where you combine practical work with technical responsibility and improvement work.

Your responsibilities:

Production and Technology

• Participate in calibration and final production
• Support pre-production when needed
• Work operationally with technical tasks

Troubleshooting and Quality

• Troubleshoot products and test equipment
• Handle complaints/returns
• Identify and solve production problems

Development and Improvement

• Optimize work steps and routines
• Update instructions and documentation
• Document recurring faults and suggest improvements

• Have experience from production, technology, or similar
• Have good computer skills and technical understanding
• Are structured and solution-oriented
• Have a high work ethic and take responsibility
• Enjoy sharing your knowledge
