About the Role

We are currently looking for a Workshop Assembler for a long-term assignment. The role involves mechanical assembly, reading technical drawings, and assembling complex iron structures in a modern workshop environment. You will become part of an engaged team where quality, safety, and collaboration are in focus. Your Responsibilities

As a Workshop Assembler, you play a central role in transforming drawings and components into finished, large-scale products. You will work in a well-equipped workshop environment where your main tasks include:

• Mechanical assembly of large iron structures, moving mechanisms, and technical modules.
• Assembly and integration of associated systems, which may include components related to basic hydraulics, pneumatics, as well as electrical wiring and cabling.
• Reading technical drawings and performing precision work based on technical documentation and assembly instructions.
• Ongoing quality control and inspection to ensure that all tolerances and safety requirements are met during the assembly process.

Background

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, has a strong technical interest, and enjoys physical work in a production environment. You likely have a high school education in industry, vehicles, electricity, or mechanics, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through practical professional experience. As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and have a natural eye for quality. Since we build complex products, it is required that you are a team player who communicates well with colleagues, while also taking full ownership and responsibility for your own tasks in the assembly chain.

Requirements

• Experience in mechanical assembly work, preferably within industrial, workshop, or vehicle production.
• Good ability to read and work from technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Proficiency in handling various types of hand tools, machines, and measuring instruments.
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written.
• Meritorious: Overhead crane license, forklift license.
