About the role

The Personal Service Technician (PST) concept is how we work at our workshops with the customer in full focus. You are responsible for the customer all the way from booking the appointment to the car being ready for pickup. From reception, work planning, service, and repair to returning the car, payment, and finally following up on the visit.

You service and repair with competence and precision, always with the customer's best interests in mind. To support you, you have access to advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting software as well as experienced workshop coaches. In our modern brand workshop, you will be part of a team of skilled and friendly colleagues where we believe in creating the best for our customers through services that truly simplify and contribute to making car ownership fun. Your role is crucial to our success.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire customer journey: from booking to handing over the car after completed work.
• Receive customers and ensure a professional and personal approach.
• Plan and organize the daily work in the workshop.
• Perform service and repairs with high quality and precision.
• Use advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting programs to identify and fix faults.
• Return vehicles to customers, handle payment, and review completed work.
• Follow up on customer visits to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Contribute to a positive workshop environment and deliver services that make car ownership easy and enjoyable.
• Handling of tires and wheels, and potentially responsible for our tire hotel.

• Quality-conscious with good ability to prioritize and administer.
• Cooperative and understands the value of effective teamwork.
• Has vehicle technical education and a great interest in modern technology.
• Good computer skills and ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Professional experience from similar work.
• Hold a valid driver's license with at least category B.

Employment type, scope, and location

The employment is permanent with an initial probationary period of six months, full-time, located at Bilmånsson in Ängelholm.
