Responsibilities

As a machine operator, you work in a production environment where you are part of the daily work on a production line. You are responsible for ensuring that production runs according to plan and that products maintain a steady and high quality. The role involves working closely with the process and gradually building an understanding of the entire workflow.

You monitor machines, make adjustments as needed, and ensure that the equipment functions correctly. The work requires you to be attentive, work methodically, and be able to identify deviations early.

You will, among other things:

• Work operationally in several stages of the production process
• Ensure that machines are operational and make ongoing adjustments
• Perform simple maintenance on equipment
• Ensure that quality requirements are met
• Check production and correct deviations

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Technical interest
• Experience working as a machine operator or in production (meritorious)

To succeed in this role, you are meticulous and work structured even at a high pace. You take responsibility for your tasks and have a natural focus on quality. At the same time, you are team-oriented and thrive in an environment where people help each other in daily work. You are curious, want to understand how things work, and have a desire to develop over time.
