We are looking for a Lead Panel Builder and a Senior Panel Builder with expert knowledge

Are you a panel builder who knows your trade inside out? Do you thrive building complex solutions where quality and precision are crucial? Eltecno is growing, and we are now looking for you to take a key role in our production in Vellinge. We are hiring both a Lead Panel Builder and a Senior Panel Builder.

About the roles

We are looking for someone who doesn't just "know how to assemble," but who understands the bigger picture of panel construction.

• Lead Panel Builder: You have operational responsibility for the department's workflow – from drawing documentation to final testing. You handle short-term planning and lead the work on the department floor. You are expected to have a technical level equivalent to a Senior Builder but with expanded responsibility for production efficiency and working environment.
• Senior Panel Builder: You work independently on qualified assembly of electrical panels. You are confident in starting, executing, and completing complex tasks based on drawings and take responsibility for self-control and deviation reporting.

Your profile – Experience is key

To succeed in these roles, you must be someone who enjoys technical challenges and has "professional pride in your fingers".

• Experience: You have several years of experience assembling low-voltage switchgear.
• System Knowledge: It is a big plus (and an asset for the lead role) if you have worked with Finelcomp switchgear.
• Technical Competence: You have documented knowledge of low-voltage enclosure construction and are very accustomed to reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• IT & Systems: You are proficient in business systems (preferably Monitor).
• Personality: You are meticulous, responsible, and a team player. As a lead builder, you are also structured and have the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks under time pressure.
