About the role Are you technically inclined and thrive in a production environment where quality and precision are paramount? We are currently looking for several punch press operators who want to join our team and contribute to our continued development. Here, you will work with modern manufacturing alongside dedicated colleagues in a stimulating work environment.

As a punch press operator, you are responsible for operating, setting up, and optimizing a punch press during your shift. You oversee the entire manufacturing process, from feeding the material into the machine to the completion of the final product.

This role is ideal for someone with a technical interest, who works meticulously and enjoys taking responsibility for both quality and production.

The position is located in Ängelholm, and the work is scheduled in two shifts.

Key Responsibilities As a punch press operator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Setting up the machine between different production orders by disassembling and assembling tools, equipment, and sensors.
• Adjusting the machine's parameters and ensuring that production starts according to current instructions and drawings.
• Operating and optimizing production by monitoring the process, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring an efficient production flow.
• Performing quality checks and measurements, as well as documenting results in accordance with current medical technology standards.

We prefer that you have:

• A natural interest in technology and a good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• The ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
• A high level of quality awareness and an eye for detail.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• The ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
