This is a role for you who want to combine leadership with technology in an environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are crucial. This makes the role particularly interesting if you enjoy complex production and want to have a clear impact on both flow and results.

  • You contribute to keeping the work moving forward according to plan with a high focus on safety.
Requirements
  • You have a technical background in steel construction, welding, forging, or sheet metal work.
  • You have experience from manufacturing industry or other operations where work with steel and metal constructions was a central part of the job.
  • You are proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • You have experience leading or coordinating work in production, for example as a foreman, team leader, production manager, or in a similar role.
  • You have the ability to plan, prioritize, and drive work forward.
  • You communicate well in Swedish.
  • Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).
