About the role
As a printer with us, you will operate screen and flexo presses, including post-processing of products, as well as perform press changeovers and settings. You ensure that production always meets our high quality standards and handle basic maintenance and adjustments of the machines. In this role, you work closely with colleagues in production, planning, and quality to achieve common goals and contribute to an efficient and quality-conscious production flow.

Responsibilities
You will have a central role in the production and contribute to ensuring our products maintain the highest quality. You work with modern printing methods and collaborate closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow.

Your main tasks:

• Operate screen and flexo presses, including post-processing of products.
• Perform press changeovers and settings.
• Ensure that production always meets our high quality standards.
• Handle basic maintenance and adjustments of the machines.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in production, planning, and quality to achieve common goals.

Your profile
We are looking for you who are practical, handy, and technically interested. You are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented, thrive in a team, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously at a high but controlled pace. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, and have basic computer skills. Experience from a printing press or similar production environment is an advantage.

To thrive in this role, we also believe you are independent, proactive, and responsible, creative in suggesting improvements to processes and working methods, outgoing with a good mood, and ambitious about contributing to a growing company. We prefer that you have a technical high school education, preferably in printing, process technology, or equivalent post-secondary education.
