Do you want to work in an industry where quality, precision, and development are at the center? We are now looking for an operator for our client in Höganäs – a workplace where you will become part of an engaged team within pharmaceutical production!

About the role:

As an operator, you will work with the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals in a technologically advanced production environment. The role is varied and includes tasks such as weighing, filtration, packaging, machine preparation, monitoring, and operation.

Location: Höganäs

Scope and Long-term prospects: Full-time; three months via staffing agency with the possibility of a direct employment thereafter

Work schedule: Two-shift system

Start date: Week 33

Morning week:

Monday-Thursday: 06:00-14:00

Friday: 06:00-12:00

Afternoon week:

Monday-Thursday: 14:00-22:00

Friday: 12:00-18:00

In addition to the daily work, the role includes:

• Responsibility for cleaning equipment
• Working with documentation and updating instructions (primarily in English)
• Participating in improvement work and development projects

You thrive working both independently and collaboratively, and have no issues with practical or physically demanding tasks.

Requirements

• No pollen allergy
• Experience working as an operator – preferably in pharmaceutical or food production
• Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)

Merits

• Work experience within GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Good technical understanding
• Forklift license and experience with forklift operation
