About the role

Your main responsibilities include machine supervision, assembly, control/testing, and packing. The production is modern, and much of the work is performed by robots, although manual tasks are also involved.

We are looking for candidates for the following roles:

• Testers who test and quality-assure finished products.

• Press line operators.

• Operators within automation and robot cells.

• Assemblers.

Since the need at the different stations may vary, we would appreciate it if you had the competence and willingness to work with all tasks.

The work may involve both day shifts and shift work.

About you

• Industrial, technical, or practical education.

• Computer literacy.

• Experience with technical tasks, for example as an operator or similar.

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks.

• Merits: Forklift license, crane license, knowledge of LEAN/5S.

Regarding personal profile, we would like you to be someone who can:

• Work both independently and together with others in a work group.

• Follow routines, drive your work forward, and work to achieve set goals.

• Maintain good physical fitness, as the work may involve physical tasks such as heavy lifting.

• Remain calm even in stressful or sudden situations.
