Are you an experienced welder looking for a new job in the manufacturing industry? We at Manpower are now looking for skilled welders for an exciting assignment in a modern workshop. Here you will work with varied welding tasks, develop in your role, and get started quickly.

This position is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by us at Manpower but work on-site at the client's premises.

The position is located in Önnestad, Kristianstad, and is a long-term full-time assignment starting immediately or as agreed. Working hours are scheduled in two shifts.

About the job

In the role of welder, you will become an important part of the production at our client within the manufacturing industry. You will work with qualified welding in a modern workshop where precision, quality, and technical understanding are in focus. Here you will use your skills in varied work and further develop within welding.

Responsibilities

• Manual welding (MIG/MAG)
• Work with and supervision of robotic welding
• Reading drawings and working according to technical documentation
• Performing quality controls to ensure high standards

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are an experienced welder and thrive in a production environment within the industry. You are precise, responsible, and have a strong focus on quality in your work. You are used to working according to drawings and technical documentation, and feel comfortable both in independent work and in a team together with colleagues.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Education in welding
• At least 1 year of experience with MIG/MAG welding
• Good knowledge of reading drawings
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license and access to a car
