The company's headquarters are located in Malmö, where one of their production facilities is also situated. The other is located in Gällivare, and all production takes place within Sweden's borders. Aimpoint is part of the Sandberg Development group.

Your responsibilities

As a fine assembler, you will work with assembling small and sensitive components. The work requires PRECISION, concentration, and a steady hand, as well as a willingness to contribute to an efficient and well-organized production flow. You will follow given INSTRUCTIONS and ensure that every part meets our high QUALITY REQUIREMENTS.

Your background/Personal qualities

To succeed in this role, the following is required:

• You are meticulous, patient, and have a high awareness of quality.
• Basic technical understanding and experience with hand tools.
• Good eyesight and concentration skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work according to standardized processes.
• You are over 18 years old and have good Swedish language skills (both spoken and written).

The following would be considered an advantage:

• Interest in technology, mechanics, or craftsmanship, e.g., through hobbies (model building, sewing, PC building, nail/lash styling, etc.).
• Experience working in cleanrooms or with high quality requirements.
• Experience with quality control and documentation.

Information and contact

The position requires flexibility with working hours, and you must be able to work days, evenings, and nights as shift changes may occur. You will work one of the following shifts:

• 2-shift system: Mon-Thu 06:00-14:20 & Fri 06:00-12:00, Mon-Thu 14:20-22:40 & Fri 12:00-18:00
• Night shift: Sun-Thu 22:40-05:30

The position starts with a fixed-term employment at Wikan Personal, which is expected to convert into a permanent position with the client.
