We are now looking for an experienced welder for a well-established company in Sjöbo. Here, you will work with advanced welding processes and be an important part of a production where accuracy, safety, and high technical standards permeate daily work.

About the Role

As a welder, you will primarily work with stainless steel materials and perform qualified welding tasks according to drawings and specifications. You are responsible for ensuring high-quality work and actively contributing to ensuring that products meet the set requirements.

In addition to welding, you will also participate in development and improvement work together with other colleagues in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding in stainless steel materials
• Work with MAG welding using tubular wire
• Perform orbital welding when necessary
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding instructions
• Check that components meet requirements for dimensions, quality, and tolerances
• Perform complementary workshop tasks such as drilling, cutting, and threading
• Participate in quality work and improvement initiatives within the company
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflows

Location: Sjöbo
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30, Friday 07:00–12:30
Start Date: According to agreement

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in professional welding, preferably at least five years
• Is accustomed to working with TIG and MAG welding
• Has experience with machining and welding in stainless steel
• Has a good understanding of reading drawings and manufacturing documentation
• Works in a structured manner and has a strong focus on quality
• Is responsible and enjoys collaborating with others
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English

Qualifications

• Documented experience in TIG and MAG welding
• Experience with drilling, threading, and cutting
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with orbital welding
• Forklift license
• Overhead crane license
• Valid welding certificates
