Here you will work in a technically advanced marine environment where surface treatment, sheet metal, and steelwork are central parts of the delivery. You will become a vital link between production, planning, and the teams performing the work, with responsibility for creating structure, progress, and quality in daily operations.

You work closely with both your own employees and subcontractors, enjoying a daily routine with great variety. • You lead and distribute the daily work within surface treatment, sheet metal, and steelwork.
• You coordinate teams consisting of both internal employees and subcontractors to ensure an efficient workflow.
• You drive daily operations forward with a focus on quality, collaboration, and results.
• You work closely with colleagues in production and planning to create good planning and the right conditions for implementation.
• You monitor the progress of the work and prioritize efforts based on business needs.
• You contribute to a safe, structured, and positive work environment where the team can perform and develop.

• Extensive background in team leadership/foremanship.
• Technical background and experience working in industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, engage, and motivate a team in a high-tempo operation.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• You are structured, communicative, and confident in making well-founded decisions in daily work.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience with surface treatment.
• Experience with sheet metal and steelwork.
• Experience from marine, industrial, or workshop-related operations.
