We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Operator position at a family-owned and expanding company that is one of the leading players in smart self-adhesive labels. About the Role

As an Operator, you will be a vital part of the production process and contribute to ensuring high quality throughout the entire workflow. The tasks vary and include, among other things:

• Participate in the production of high-quality labels
• Monitor and adjust machines and equipment
• Refill materials and ensure an efficient production flow
• Conduct quality controls on finished products

No two days are alike. You will work with several different products, processes, and steps, making the role both developmental and stimulating.

Person Profile

Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who are meticulous, responsible, and thrive in an environment where collaboration is the key to success. You have an interest in technology, enjoy learning new things, and contribute a positive attitude towards both work and colleagues. Experience from production or a graphic background is advantageous, but the most important thing is your attitude and willingness to develop.

• Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
• Technical interest
