We are now looking for an independent and experienced CNC lathe operator for an established industrial operation in Sjöbo. The role suits you who have good technical understanding and appreciate working with complex parts where quality and accuracy are crucial.

About the Role

• As a CNC lathe operator, you will have a central role in production and be responsible for the entire machining process – from programming and setup to the finished part. You will primarily work with turning components in materials such as stainless steel and bronze, where high demands are placed on tolerances and surface finish.
• The work takes place in a modern workshop environment with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Location: Sjöbo
Scope: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30, Friday 07:00–12:30
Start Date: According to agreement

Your Profile

We are looking for you who:

• Have several years of experience with CNC turning in manufacturing industry.
• Can program, set up, and run CNC machines independently.
• Have good knowledge of reading drawings and measuring techniques.
• Are accustomed to working with tight tolerances and high quality requirements.
• Have experience with CAM programming or similar systems.
• Are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Master Swedish in speech and writing.
• Hold forklift licenses A and B.

Merits

• Experience with CNC milling.
• Knowledge of multi-operation machines.
• Previous experience in team leadership or coordination.
• Category B driver's license and access to a personal car.
