We are now looking for an experienced CNC milling machine operator for an established company in Sjöbo. Here, you will work in a modern production environment with high technical competence and a varied daily routine where you are involved throughout the entire manufacturing process.

About the Role

As a CNC milling machine operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating milling machines to manufacture parts with high demands for accuracy and quality. You will work from drawings and specifications and ensure that products meet current tolerance requirements.

The materials processed consist mainly of stainless steel and bronze, where both precision and technical understanding are crucial for a successful result.

Key Responsibilities

• Independent programming and setup of CNC milling machines
• Optimization of machining processes and running programs
• Manufacturing of parts according to drawings and specifications
• Control measurement and quality control of finished products
• Boring, threading, and other common workshop tasks
• Participation in improvement and development work within production
• Collaboration with colleagues in production and engineering

Location: Sjöbo
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30, Friday 07:00–12:30
Start Date: According to agreement

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience with CNC milling in industrial production
• Can program, set up, and operate CNC machines independently
• Has good knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurement technology
• Has experience with CAM programming, such as CAMWorks or a similar system
• Is meticulous, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious
• Enjoys taking responsibility and working in a structured manner
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Holds a forklift license (A and B)

Merits

• Experience with CNC turning
• Knowledge of multi-operation machines
• Previous experience in team leadership or coordinating responsibilities
• Class B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
