We are now looking for a driven and curious machine operator for immediate start with our client in the chemical and plastic industry in Malmö.

In the role of operator, you will work in production with varied tasks. These include, among other things, working at an extrusion machine, weighing raw materials, forklift driving, packaging, and mixing materials. The work is practical and requires both precision and a strong focus on quality.

To thrive in the role, we see that you are responsible, flexible, and have an interest in technology and processes. You have good chemical understanding as well as basic knowledge in mathematics. Since the work is sometimes physically demanding, it is important that you are in good physical shape and comfortable with heavy lifting. There are moments in the work where a respirator mask is used, and the working environment can be dusty at times.

Requirements for the position:

• Forklift license
• Driver's license & car
• Good physical fitness
• Precise and responsible attitude
• Available for 2-shift work or permanent night shifts

Who are you?

Personal qualities that we value highly are that you are self-motivated, responsible, and dare to take initiative. You need to be observant and able to monitor both the machine and the work. You are social, but some parts of the shift involve you being alone at the machine, which you should be able to handle by taking your own initiatives. You thrive in the industry, in a fast-paced environment, and with varied tasks.

Merits:

• Experience working with various quality systems
• Previous work experience with extrusion
• Experience reading recipes/formulas
• Experience with SAP
• A few years of work experience in production
• Good documentation skills and good chemical understanding
