Responsibilities

The role involves practical and responsible work where you operate CNC machines and ensure that manufacturing meets technical specifications and high quality standards.

  • Operate and monitor CNC machines in daily production.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure correct manufacturing.
  • Perform ongoing quality checks and measurements of parts.
  • Carry out basic maintenance and daily supervision of the machinery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize the flow in the production chain.
  • Ensure that safety regulations and procedures are strictly followed.

We are looking for someone who has

  • The desire to pursue CNC as a profession.
  • Fluent Swedish for clear communication.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
  • A genuine interest in technology.

Qualifications that are a plus

  • Workshop education or equivalent experience at least at the upper secondary level.
  • Previous work experience as a CNC operator.
  • Local ties to the area.
