Saint-Gobain Sekurit is a leading player in the automotive industry with over 90 years of experience in automotive glass production. The factory in Eslöv produces glass panels for major brands such as Volvo, Volkswagen, Ford, Skoda, and Jaguar.

Job Description

In the role of Machine Operator, you will work on the production floor. You will be responsible for digitally monitoring and controlling machines, as well as performing practical tasks such as quality control and tool handling. Tasks may vary depending on the department.

The work is arranged in 3-shifts.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and controlling production machines.
• Performing quality controls and documentation.
• Participating in 5S and continuous improvement work.

About the Position

• Employment Type: Full-time, initially a 6-month fixed-term contract.
• Working Hours: 3-shift system (flexibility required).
• Start Date: Immediately (subject to notice period).

Shift Schedule:

• Morning: Monday–Friday, 06:30–14:30.
• Night: Sunday–Thursday, 22:30–06:30.
• Afternoon: Monday–Thursday, 14:30–22:30, Friday 14:30–21:00.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we look for candidates who have:

• Experience from industry or manufacturing.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Class B driver’s license and access to a car.
• Advantageous: Forklift certificate.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• Structured, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Technical and solution-oriented, with the ability to switch between different tasks.
• An experienced machine operator, preferably with a background such as an automotive mechanic.

You have a positive attitude and thrive working both independently and in a team.
