Bending Press Operator for Manufacturing Industry in Malmö

TopWork is currently looking for a Bending Press Operator for a well-established manufacturing industry in Malmö. We are looking for you who have experience in sheet metal processing and thrive in practical work where quality and precision are in focus.

About the role

As a Bending Press Operator, you will work with processing and forming of sheet metal according to drawings and production instructions. You are responsible for setting up, programming, and operating bending presses, as well as ensuring that finished parts meet the required quality standards.

The role involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues within production.

The position is planned to start after the summer holidays, with a preliminary start from week 32 onwards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate bending press
• Process and form sheet metal parts according to drawings
• Perform quality control and measurements
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Perform simple programming and adjustments of machines
• Ensure order and quality in daily work

We are looking for you who

• Have experience with press braking or other sheet metal processing
• Can read and understand drawings
• Have good workshop skills and technical understanding
• Are precise, quality-conscious, and responsible
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits

• Experience with programming and setup of bending presses
• Experience with Amada machines
• Forklift license
• Overhead crane license
• Experience from manufacturing industry
