Line Worker in Bakery and Food Production

About the Job

Sanus Glutenfri AB is looking for an engaged and meticulous line worker to join our team at our new factory in Marieholm.

We are seeking someone with experience in industrial food production, line work, and packaging. The work is performed periodically at a high pace, involving heavy lifting and a variety of tasks within manufacturing, packaging, labeling, warehouse control, and documentation.

Previous experience in a facility following GMP, HACCP, ISO, or other quality-assured routines is considered an asset.

Job Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing, weighing, and mixing ingredients according to established recipes.
  • Working at various stages of the production line.
  • Handling and monitoring industrial ovens, machines, and other production equipment.
  • Shaping, baking, and handling various types of gluten-free bakery products.
  • Packaging finished products according to established instructions and quality requirements.
  • Checking packaging, seals, and product quality.
  • Labeling products and cartons with correct product information, dates, and batch numbers.
  • Ensuring that labeling and packaging materials match the current product.
  • Performing and documenting self-inspections.
  • Registering production data and reporting deviations.
  • Conducting warehouse checks and inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
  • Notifying supervisors when raw materials or consumables need to be ordered.
  • Ensuring that production areas, machines, and tools are kept clean and organized according to the company's hygiene and GMP routines.
  • Participating in production planning and contributing to a safe and efficient production process.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in line work within bakeries, food production, or other industrial manufacturing.
  • Experience in packaging and handling finished products.
  • Ability to work at a high pace while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Ability to carefully follow recipes, work instructions, and established routines.
  • Basic understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling.
  • Good ability to measure, weigh, and check ingredients and products.
  • Ability to document performed work and carry out simpler administrative tasks.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, as well as communicate in Swedish and English.
  • Good teamwork skills and a responsible work approach.

Desirable Experience

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

  • Gluten-free food production or gluten-free baking.
  • Industrial production lines, ovens, and packaging machines.
  • Self-inspections, production logs, and deviation reporting.
  • Warehouse control and inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
  • Product labeling, date marking, and batch handling.
  • Traceability work within food production.
  • GMP, HACCP, IFS, ISO, or similar quality and food safety systems.
  • Basic computer usage and digital documentation.
