Production Associate for our Injection Molding Department

About the role

We are looking for a production associate for our injection molding department in Malmö. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to operate injection molding machines, as well as process and package products directly at the production site. Depending on needs, tasks may also be combined with other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Operate injection molding machines and ensure an efficient production process.
• Process and package products according to instructions.
• Perform work according to established preparations, instructions, and drawings.
• Check your own work against reference parts and documentation.
• Participate in operational meetings and contribute to improvement work.
• Report working hours in the business system Monitor.
• Maintain order and cleanliness (5S) in the department.
• Assist with deviation and complaint handling when necessary.
• Restore the workplace upon completion of work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing.
• Has basic English skills in both speech and writing.
• Has basic technical, mathematical, and economic understanding.
• Is communicative, social, and has good teamwork skills.
• Can work according to set goals, strategies, and guidelines with a customer focus.
• Wants to develop within your field and contribute to improvement work.
• Is a team player and contributes to a good work climate.
