About the Role

In this role, you are responsible for running and optimizing a production process where you work with machine setup, changeovers, and operation. You play a key role in ensuring that production maintains high quality and that processes function efficiently.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Preparing machines for new production runs by changing tools and making necessary adjustments.
  • Starting up and controlling production, making adjustments to ensure a stable production flow.
  • Performing operator maintenance.
  • Working with provided technical aids for quality assurance.
  • Conducting measurements and quality controls during manufacturing and documenting results according to established routines.
  • Ensuring that machines, materials, and equipment are used correctly and efficiently.
  • Contributing to improvements in production processes together with your colleagues.

The position is based on a two-shift system and offers varied work where you will develop both your technical knowledge and process understanding.

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work and has an interest in technology and manufacturing. You are meticulous in your approach, take responsibility for your tasks, and are motivated by delivering high-quality results.

In addition, the following is required:

  • Documented experience in production work with high quality requirements.
  • Computer literacy and experience with production documentation.
  • Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
  • Category B driver's license and access to a car for commuting to handle shift schedules.

Experience as a machine operator or setup technician is meritorious. If you also have experience with improvement work according to Lean or Six Sigma, or experience with materials such as PET and adhesives, it is an advantage.

  • Start: According to agreement
  • Location: Ängelholm
  • Scope: Full-time
  • Working Hours: Rolling two-shifts (Monday-Friday 06:00-14:00, Monday-Thursday 14:00-23:00)
  • Salary: According to collective agreement
