We are now looking for machine operators for our production facility in Lund

Do you have experience from industrial or production work? Are you hands-on, a quick learner, and quality-conscious? Do you want to work for a company with health-promoting products? Inpac continues to grow, and to meet our customers' needs, we are now increasing our staffing in production with positions available for weekends, nights, and 2-shift rotations.

Your mission: To deliver a good product on time with quality that meets requirements and satisfies the customer.

By taking responsibility for:

• Monitoring and controlling machines and equipment
• Documentation
• Machine settings
• Production optimization
• Quality assurance of products
• Troubleshooting
• Reporting, stoppage follow-up, and waste follow-up
• Cleaning and sanitization
• Simple maintenance of machines
• Improvement work
• Following packaging regulations, manuals, routines, and instructions
• Assisting and facilitating for your colleagues

Profile You are quality- and hygiene-conscious. Your work style must be characterized by a strong safety mindset, good judgment, precision, as well as a sense of order and responsibility. You are structured and take responsibility for performing your tasks in the best way possible with the highest quality, and you enjoy working independently. You are flexible and have no problem switching between different tasks, seeing it as stimulating. Your teamwork skills are good, and you contribute to a positive work climate within the team. You are happy to share your knowledge and ideas with your colleagues.

Competencies

• High school education
• Fluent Swedish in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension.
• Worked as a machine operator for at least 2 years.
• Experience with GMP, food manufacturing, and LEAN is a merit.
• A technical interest and background is a strong advantage

About Us

Inpac is a Lund-based contract manufacturer for dietary supplements, sports nutrition, probiotics, and pharmaceuticals. We are growing rapidly and have recently moved to a completely new factory in Lund.

We have approximately 70 employees and a turnover of 250 MSEK. We are certified according to FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001, and our pharmaceutical manufacturing is GMP-certified.

We are looking for several positions on different shifts starting immediately with a 6-month probation period. Working hours: Permanent night, weekend, or 2-shift, we are looking for candidates for different shifts. In 2026, Inpac will become a smoke-free workplace.
