About the role

Ikett is currently looking for an experienced galvanizer for a client outside of Kristianstad! Do you thrive in a physical job where you use both your body and mind? Then you might be the one we are looking for. As a galvanizer, you work with galvanizing steel parts in a production environment. The work is physical and takes place in a warm, noisy, and sometimes dirty environment. You handle large and small parts, use cranes and lifting equipment, and work together with an engaged team to ensure high quality and secure deliveries.

Your responsibilities:

• Hanging and removing steel parts before and after galvanizing.
• Monitoring and participating in the galvanizing process.
• Performing quality controls of finished products.
• Handling cranes and other production equipment.
• Contributing to a safe workplace and good collaboration.

Start: Week 32.

The assignment is expected to last for approximately three months, with the possibility of extension depending on the company's continued needs. There is also the possibility of being offered a new assignment via Ikett Personalpartner.

Your profile

For the role, we would like you to:

• Have previous industrial experience from heavy industry.
• Have good physical fitness and enjoy active work.
• Hold forklift and crane licenses.

Previous experience with galvanizing is considered a merit. As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, orderly, and have good collaboration skills, as the work takes place at our clients' sites.
