About the Role

Do you want to make a real difference in people's daily lives? Cleverex Care is now looking for assistant nurses and care assistants to join our growing team in Örebro. We work with home care, elderly housing, and habilitation, focusing on individualized care that enables our clients to live independently and securely.

The position can be full-time or part-time and suits you who want a permanent or fixed-term employment with good opportunities for a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care interventions in the client's home or residential facility
• Support the client's independence in daily life
• Follow implementation plans and document according to guidelines
• Work in close collaboration with colleagues, relatives, and other care institutions
• Travel between clients, which means a driver's license is required

Your Profile

• Education in healthcare and social care, e.g., assistant nurse or care assistant
• Category B driver's license (required)
• You master Swedish in speech and writing – other languages are an advantage
• You have a genuine interest in people and want to contribute to their well-being
• You are responsible, flexible, and have good teamwork skills
• You are seeking long-term work (at least 6 months) with the ambition to work full-time
