Job Description
Do you want to be part of one of the most exciting changes in healthcare in a long time? Dignio brings healthcare home and works to ensure patients live a dignified life with a higher degree of self-determination. With the unique platform Dignio Prevent, multiple solutions for medication dispensers and self-monitoring are gathered in one place. With more than fifteen successful years in Norway, Dignio is now scaling up in Sweden – winning contracts, meeting high demand, and looking for you who want to develop in a fast-paced role. You now have the opportunity to help transform health services for patients and healthcare staff while being part of building something truly great from the ground up.
What we offer you
The culture at Dignio is inclusive, open, and relaxed. Here, we prioritize your personal and professional development and offer among other things:
- High flexibility: Manage your work based on trust and your own drive, developing alongside Dignio and our customers.
- Strong sense of belonging: A strong team spirit where we support each other in customer projects and build the Dignio culture at our shared office in Stockholm.
- Inviting community: We continuously organize social activities and regularly host hackathons, Christmas parties, and summer parties.
- Competitive conditions: You are our asset, and we offer competitive salary and pension benefits.
Employment Terms
The position is a full-time, permanent role starting with a 6-month probation period. You will be based at our office in Odenplan, Stockholm. The role involves regular travel within Sweden for physical onboarding and customer visits, as well as joint activities at our headquarters in Oslo.
Application
Application deadline: 2026-08-30. Randstad Care is responsible for the recruitment process, but you will be employed by Dignio Sweden. For more information about the position or for a no-obligation conversation, please contact: Pernilla Håkansson, Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Care, 070–1606446 or [email protected].
Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Dignio, you will become an important part of Dignio's Swedish external team. Your primary task is to support Dignio's customers to maximize the value of the company's services and products – from onboarding to ongoing value creation. Initially, you will be introduced to the role and grow with Dignio and the customers by taking responsibility for Dignio's smaller accounts. This is a perfect opportunity for you who have worked a few years in home healthcare and want to take the next step in your career and enter the tech and healthcare industry (SaaS). Here you work with a strong team behind you and will be closely supported by experienced colleagues from both Sweden and Norway who guide your development.
What you do in the role:
- Drive onboarding & customer processes: Lead and support customers in implementing medication dispensers and self-monitoring from start to finish.
- Build relationships: Develop long-term customer relationships through training, physical/digital meetings, and ongoing follow-ups.
- Network & support the team: Represent Dignio at trade shows and conferences, and contribute operationally to ongoing customer projects.
Qualifications
Who are you? In this recruitment, we place the greatest emphasis on your personal qualities, your attitude, and your understanding of the unique challenges in healthcare. A strong drive to improve healthcare is essential. We are looking for a person with high energy – someone who dares to dive in, drive their own customer projects, and is motivated by helping customers succeed!
To succeed in the role, it is required that:
- You have worked in home care or home healthcare. It is crucial that you have been on-site in the operations and have a genuine understanding of the daily life, challenges, processes, and practical reality of home healthcare.
- You have a strong inner drive, are curious to learn about the SaaS industry, and thrive in an environment where things happen quickly.
- You are communicative, pedagogical, and naturally build trust – you enjoy speaking in front of people and conducting training and presentations.
- You have a background in healthcare (e.g., as a nurse, assistant nurse, or equivalent), preferably with some experience in digitalization or other change management work.
If you have also encountered welfare technology or worked in a coordinating role previously, that is a plus, but your potential and drive are the most important things to us.
