You become a central contact point between the project, the customer, and quality functions, working closely with several parts of the business. • You take overall quality responsibility in various types of customer projects, from development to production and aftermarket.
• You act as the contact person for customers and quality representatives of other organizations.
• You ensure that products and deliveries meet the customer's quality requirements as well as internal requirements.
• You assess and approve deliveries, and reject them when necessary if quality requirements are not met.
• You create quality plans and translate customer requirements into clear activities within the organization.
• You lead quality improvement activities and support the business in matters concerning quality work and business development.
• You collaborate closely with functions such as design, product management, project management, production, and procurement.
• You contribute to a working method where the independence of the quality function is combined with proactive support to the business.

• A Master of Science in Engineering degree or equivalent knowledge and competence.
• Good skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
• Ability to work operationally and independently in a complex project environment.

• Experience with business systems or quality systems.
• Experience in quality assurance and improvement work.
• Experience in internal and external quality audits.
• Experience in training in work processes and improvement methods.
• Experience working in complex projects in an international environment.
• Experience with tools and methods for improvement work and problem solving, such as root cause analysis and value stream mapping.
