We are now looking for a driven and relationship-building Section Manager for our Pressure Inspection department in Småland. Could it be you we are looking for?

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Section Manager here, you will have a central role in leading and developing both employees and the business. You are responsible for the section's personnel, working environment, and results – and you help drive our growth forward. You will have many customer contacts, both via phone and personal meetings, and you serve as an important ambassador for DEKRA in all external contexts.

You will collaborate closely and exchange experiences with your internal Section Manager colleagues and are part of the regional management group, reporting directly to the Regional Manager for Region South. The role also includes responsibility for sales, budget, and salary setting.

Our inspection engineers perform inspections of pressurized equipment such as pipelines, boilers, process plants, cisterns, cooling systems, and more, helping our customers maintain a high level of safety.

Our customer base is broad, covering several different industries, including:

• Process industry
• Manufacturing industry
• Paper & pulp
• Power & heat
• Chemical industry
• Real estate

We hope to find a technical education and relevant work experience on your resume. Additionally, experience with pressurized equipment or working with the control of such equipment is highly meritorious. Furthermore, we require good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as well as a valid B-class driver's license.
