About the role
As Contract Manager within the Facility Management business area, you have overall responsibility for a comprehensive customer portfolio consisting of large, medium, and small customers. Together with your managers and employees, you create a clear direction for the business, set goals, and ensure that these are translated into concrete results. You lead the business with full responsibility for business, economy, quality, work environment, and employee development while building and developing long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
You drive and develop the business through standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvements to ensure high quality and profitability over time. You are a visible leader who inspires, coaches, and develops the organization while ensuring that our customers receive top-class deliveries.
You lead the development of the business through smarter working methods, digitalization, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvements. You see the opportunities in new technology and are curious about how AI and digital tools can contribute to increased quality, better customer experiences, and a more attractive workplace.
As part of the business area's continued development, you will strengthen our market position and contribute to shaping the next generation of service deliveries. You identify new business opportunities, challenge established ways of working, and turn ideas into concrete results.
You report to the Business Unit Manager and are part of a management group where collaboration, business development, and innovation are high on the agenda.
About you

To succeed in the role, you need to have a good understanding of how quality in every part of the delivery contributes to both customer satisfaction and long-term profitability.
We see that you have:
- At least 7 years of experience in a leadership role with full responsibility for budget, personnel, and results
- At least 5 years of documented experience leading managers and larger teams
- Experience from personnel-intensive operations
- Experience of customer responsibility within contract-managed operations
- Good ability to drive change, development, and improvement work
- Documented experience of sales work
- Very good knowledge of Swedish
- Good knowledge of English
- A B driving license is required

About the position
- Employment type: Permanent

- Probation period: 6 months
- You are based at the offices in Stockholm. Travel occurs as a natural part of the role.
