About the role

As a Site Manager, you play a key role with overall responsibility for the Earthworks & Infrastructure production on the construction site. You are responsible for planning daily work, ongoing cost control, documentation of completed works, and daily contact with clients and suppliers. You also hold responsibility for the budget and workplace safety. As a Site Manager, you work together with the project team, consisting of skilled professionals and craftsmen. You will independently lead on-site work within water and sewer (VA), foundation, fine grading, and development works.

At JM, we have chosen a model based on working uniformly across all our projects. This is reflected, among other things, in our daily routines, schedules, and working methods. For you as a Site Manager, this means you can dedicate more energy to finding solutions that are unique to your specific project. We constantly develop our processes, and to leverage our employees' knowledge and experience, we work systematically to address improvement suggestions from you and your colleagues. We focus on order and clarity and place great emphasis on workplace safety on our construction sites.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have experience as a Site Manager within Earthworks & Infrastructure for residential buildings or residential area development, preferably in new construction. If you have an engineering degree as a foundation, this is advantageous, and we also welcome craftsmen with a few years of experience in a Site Manager role. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

You have well-developed leadership skills and a good ability to engage and guide others. Furthermore, you are structured in your approach and enjoy working methodically. You think long-term and always keep safety and quality in focus. It is also important that you are clear and can communicate effectively with different people.

What we offer

We offer you a position with Scandinavia's leading residential developer. With strong profitability, we have been driving the development of the housing market since 1945. A key to our success is our structured way of working, which we have established and developed for many years. Here, you don't need to reinvent the wheel, but you will become an important part of constantly developing it. Here you will find the conditions to grow both in your professional role and in your competencies.

With us, you influence how future societies are shaped. Here we value your competence and your contribution, and we work long-term to promote equality and diversity. We contribute to a society where people's equal value is at the center and where differences are seen as a strength. With the human being in focus, an integrated long-term sustainability work, and through constant development, we create homes and living environments that lay the foundation for a better life.

At JM, you are part of a team where your competence and contribution are important for us to continue delivering and becoming better.
