Solbergaskolan is a workplace with approximately 630 students and 85 employees. The school offers compulsory school for grades 7–9, special education groups for students with specific challenges, and a resource school for speech and language (grades 7–9). The school is locally integrated with adapted compulsory school and maintains close collaboration with these units.

Your responsibilities
In this role, you will teach Swedish. You will teach in whole classes in grades 7–9. You will be part of a collegial collaboration with other teachers, both within the subject group and in your work unit. Mentorship is not included in this job assignment.
Who are you?
We are looking for a qualified teacher for grades 7–9. It is an advantage if you have education in Swedish and experience teaching in these grades.
You are committed to guiding students toward good results and helping them train and develop their skills. You work to ensure that students feel involved in their own learning. You are confident in building relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have the ability to work independently and goal-oriented based on the compulsory school curriculum, as well as to collaborate in teams with other colleagues.
You should have a good understanding of current curricula, digital tools, and digital teaching. You should be able to adapt and analyze teaching based on students' needs and create an accessible learning environment. To succeed in the role, we see that you have good collaboration skills while being self-reliant.
