We are now looking for two engaged care assistants for night shifts at Ekdalagården in Mölnlycke. Are you secure, responsible, and have a genuine interest in working with people? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

As a care assistant at Ekdalagården, you are an important part of our team and have a central role in creating security, care, and quality of life for our residents. During the night, you are responsible, together with your colleagues, for providing person-centered care based on each individual's needs and wishes. The tasks include, among other things, personal care and social interaction. Most importantly, your main task is to create a secure night for our residents. You also perform delegated health and medical care interventions based on the residents' individual needs and are responsible for social documentation and contact with relatives.

The position involves night work with weekend duties.

We are primarily looking for you who are trained as a care assistant, and secondarily for you who are not yet trained but are open to doing so and are otherwise suitable for work in healthcare.

Requirements

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Be trained as a care assistant
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Have good digital competence and experience with social documentation
• Ability to take and follow delegated healthcare tasks
