Who are we looking for?

You do not need prior experience in healthcare and social care. The most important thing is that you want to work with people and have a respectful approach.

We are looking for you who:

Requirements for employment

To work with us, you need to:

  • have turned 18 before employment begins *as the work involves independent care work which is not permitted for minors according to AFS 2012:3 Section 11. Appendix 1 points 18 and 21.
  • be able to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing (equivalent to at least SFI D and a passed language assessment)
  • hold a B driving license if applying for work within home care
  • be able to show a valid ID document
  • be able to show an extract from the criminal record (no older than six months) and possibly a work permit. Link: Work with children according to LSS, e-service | Swedish Police Authority (https://polisen.se/sv/arbete-med-barn-according-to-lss/)

It is meritorious if you have

  • education within healthcare, social care, or pedagogy
  • experience of working within healthcare, social care, or support services.

You are warmly welcome to apply. We have a special need for assistant nurses, care assistants, and employees with pedagogical competence, but all relevant experience is valuable.

Have you worked with us before?

We follow the rules on priority rights according to the Employment Protection Act (LAS) and always take internal manager references from former employees. In case of re-employment, you need to show a new extract from the criminal record.

How the recruitment process works

1. Application
Submit your application via the link in the advertisement. You can attach your CV if you have one.

2. Interview
If your application matches our needs, we will contact you for an interview. The interview is usually conducted digitally, but can also take place on-site at the town hall.

3. References
After the interview, you will submit references via our digital reference system RefApp.

4. Matching
We match you with the operation where your experience and wishes fit best.

5. Employment and Onboarding
If you are offered the job, we write an employment contract, check documents, and plan your onboarding so that you get a good start with us.
