About Us

Närhälsan Lerum Rehabilitation Clinic is centrally located in Lerum. The clinic is situated adjacent to the health center with which we have a close collaboration. There are 19 employees at the clinic, 12 of whom are physiotherapists. It is important to us to continuously work on improvements in both clinical work and the working environment, where we care for each other, thrive, and develop.

About the Job

Your tasks involve assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions among the patients you encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan is created.

The work is carried out at the clinic, digitally, and via home visits. Some tasks can be performed remotely. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at your own clinic and with other cooperating partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and/or in women's health, it is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.

We are looking for someone who is receptive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work in an effective and organized manner based on the organization's goals. Since the workload varies and unforeseen events may occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. For you, collaborating with colleagues and other partners in the work is second nature. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

Other Information

Travel for work purposes occurs. A B-driver's license is required.

About the Recruitment Process

The selection process takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department, who invite candidates to a phone interview. The hiring manager then makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
