Job Description

We are now strengthening our organization in Solna and are looking for a Maintenance Technician who wants a customer-facing role with a focus on service, technology, and development. As a Maintenance Technician with us, you have a central role in the daily contact with our tenants and are responsible for ensuring well-functioning properties with high service and quality.
In the role, you work closely with the customer with a focus on the function and condition of the premises, where you contribute to a good customer experience through high presence, a proactive work approach, and technical competence. The role involves both practical work and ongoing dialogue with the customer regarding fault reports, operational activities, and measures. You work in close cooperation with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and technical managers to ensure a coordinated and efficient delivery.
You will become part of a team of 12 maintenance technicians who together are responsible for the property area in Solna. You are based in Solna and report to the Group Manager Maintenance. Responsibilities
- Being the customer's primary contact in daily work regarding the function of the premises and ongoing matters
- Supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance
- Handling fault reports and dialogue with tenants in a clear and service-oriented manner
- Troubleshooting technical installations such as heating, ventilation, electricity, and control and regulation systems
- Collaboration with colleagues and specialists as well as escalation of more complex matters
- Contributing to the planning of maintenance and development of the properties
- Participation in on-call duties according to the current organization
Qualifications
As a person, you are service-oriented and solution-oriented with a structured work approach. You thrive in a role with many contact surfaces and have a good ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues. Through your commitment, you contribute to stable operations and a positive customer experience.
- Good experience in property management as well as an interest in properties and technology
- Technical or property-oriented education from upper secondary school with further education from a university college or equivalent professional experience
- Knowledge of technical installations, for example: power and lighting, ventilation, plumbing installations, control and regulation technology, energy and climate issues
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Category B driver's license
- A background check will be conducted on final candidates.
It is meritorious if you also have:
- Advanced competence in areas such as control, heating, ventilation, or energy optimization
- Experience in property management in complex environments, such as laboratories
- Experience with Facility Management or similar systems
