About Samhall
Samhall exists to create a more inclusive labor market where everyone is seen as an asset. Our mission is to create meaningful jobs for people with disabilities. Each year, approximately 2,000 individuals are referred to us by the Swedish Public Employment Service, and our work focuses on offering a stable platform to stand on, as well as opportunities to train skills and develop competencies. Our most important goal is for 1,500 people to leave us each year for employment outside of Samhall.
Regardless of where you work within our organization, our mission and goals are constantly present. The conviction that all people have competence is a compass and a driving force for all of us. We believe that you, reading this, feel as strongly about this as we do.
We are 24,000 employees, including approximately 1,500 managers and specialists, with operations throughout the country. Together, we work for a more inclusive labor market that benefits individuals, organizations, and society at large.
Welcome to Samhall.
