to apply for the job
Are you currently studying or planning to start your studies in autumn 2026, and would you like to combine your studies with a part-time job where you can develop, take responsibility, and build experience for the future? Do you thrive in a role where no two days are alike and where you have the opportunity to support various functions within the business? Then this might be the right position for you.
Sodajo is now looking for a Project Support to join our long-term partner with offices in Kungsbacka. Here, you will become part of an engaged team working on socially vital infrastructure, with the opportunity to work closely with project managers, preparers, technicians, and department heads in their daily work.
Information about the position
This assignment is part of our staffing services, where you will work as a consultant for our client. This is a role for you who enjoys variety and is motivated by contributing where you can make the biggest impact. You will support the business with both administrative and practical tasks, while gaining a broad insight into how larger projects are planned, coordinated, and driven forward.
Today, several different functions within the organization collaborate closely. This means many points of contact, a fast pace, and a daily routine where you quickly become a natural part of the team.
Furthermore, several changes are expected in the business during the autumn. Therefore, we are looking for someone who thrives when days look different, adapts easily, and is happy to help where needed. For you, a good job is not about the specific tasks you are given, but about doing a good job regardless of what you take on.
What we offer
- A flexible part-time employment adapted for students.
- The opportunity to build relevant work experience in a future-oriented industry.
- A varied role with significant autonomy and many points of contact.
- An engaged team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a flat hierarchy are a natural part of everyday life.
Responsibilities
As Project Support, you will support the business and contribute where the need is greatest. Your tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting project managers, preparers, technicians, and department heads in their daily work.
- Working with administration, documentation, and follow-up.
- Coordinating meetings and following up on activities.
- Assisting with practical tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the business.
- Supporting other functions and offices as needed.
We are looking for you who
- Are studying at a university or college, with at least two years of studies remaining.
- Are available to work 1–3 days per week.
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Have a strong technical interest and are a good communicator who thrives in a project-oriented organization where you can make a difference.
- Hold a valid B-driver's license.
It is an advantage if you are studying construction, electrical power, or another technical field, but this is not a requirement.
We place the greatest emphasis on your personal qualities in this recruitment process. To thrive in this role, we believe you are someone who is willing to take responsibility, finds it easy to collaborate, and appreciates working in an environment where tasks vary. You have a flat-hierarchy mindset, see what needs to be done, and are happy to contribute where you can make a difference! You are a team player who enjoys having many points of contact and brings energy and new perspectives to the workplace!
