Information about the position

As a Service Manager, you are responsible for planning and coordinating short-term service and maintenance assignments within the distribution network, in both overhead line and underground cable environments, and at various voltage levels. The role is largely administrative, based out of the office in Kungsbacka. In this role, you are responsible, among other things, for ensuring that the right materials, resources, and prerequisites are in place before the technicians head out, and you follow up on assignments in the system with a focus on clarity, quality, and safety.

The work is carried out in close contact with technicians, suppliers, and clients, where you are the hub ensuring order, planning, and documentation. You are employed by Sodajo Consulting and work as a consultant for our client in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

You plan and coordinate service assignments for the electricity grid and create a clear workflow from start to finish. You ensure material needs and resources, follow up on schedules, and handle documentation in various systems. You report on the status of assignments and maintain an active dialogue with field technicians and clients to ensure that the work can be carried out according to requirements for time, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• We are looking for you who have technical understanding and experience from the electricity or energy sector, for example as a technician, installer, planner, or in an administrative role with a technical focus.
• Upper secondary education or higher, preferably within electricity or power engineering.
• You have good computer skills and thrive with system support as a natural part of your workday.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Leadership experience is meritorious but not a requirement. Most importantly, you are curious, responsible, and have a structured approach to work!
