Dematek AB is the market's most comprehensive supplier of lifting equipment, service, and safety training. We are represented throughout Sweden and are now looking for another service technician for our region around Ludvika. You will work with the leading brands in the lifting industry and become part of our strong team at Dematek.

About you:

You will be offered a role where you manage your working days and plan your work independently at our customers' sites. We assume you appreciate working with freedom under responsibility. At our customers' sites, you will perform preventive maintenance, service, and installation of our products such as overhead cranes, winches, pillar jib cranes, and much more related to lifting. We would like you to be an open person who enjoys frequent customer contact and likes selling both our services and products. You will have a well-equipped service vehicle at your disposal and many colleagues to call upon when you need help.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A strong interest in technology
• Previous experience as a service technician
• Experience with common administrative systems
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Basic knowledge of English
• Swedish citizenship, as some positions require security clearance background checks

It is an advantage if you have electrical knowledge and can program PLCs.

The work can be physically demanding at times, and since it sometimes takes place at heights, you must be able to obtain a fitness certificate for climbing with significant altitude differences. Underground work is also occasionally required.

We would like you to have a strong interest in technology, be detail-oriented, service-minded, and enjoy customer contact. We assume you communicate fluently in Swedish.

Other information

We assume you live in the Ludvika area, and you will work from home with the option to have your service vehicle as a company car. The position is full-time.

Many of our customers require security clearance. Therefore, it is important that you have a clean criminal record as well as a stable and good financial background. Alcohol and drug tests may also be required by some customers as part of their security routines.
