Are you a service-oriented and meticulous administrator who enjoys finding solutions and identifying development opportunities in daily work?

You will belong to the Case Support and Service unit, a team of 16 employees responsible for the County Administrative Board's case management, archiving issues, user support, IT coordination, reception, facility supply, and caretaking.
About the Job
The role involves assessing, registering, and handling public documents. As a registrar, you will manage the agency's documents in accordance with current legislation, ordinances, and internal procedures regarding the registration and dispatch of public documents as well as service of process. You will provide service and support to both the operations and the public, maintaining efficient and legally secure filing with high quality. The pace can sometimes be high, and it is important not to compromise on quality and service in your work.
You will be part of a key central function for the agency and should thrive in a social environment with many daily contacts, both internal and external.
The work is constantly evolving, and based on our mandate, tasks may change over time. Therefore, you must be able to handle change. This also gives you opportunities to develop and both broaden and deepen your competencies with us.
About You
We are looking for you who have:
- A university degree in fields such as law, economics, or a vocational higher education in document management, and/or experience that we consider equivalent.
- Good communication skills and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience working in the public sector and with the release of documents.
As a person, you have the ability to work in a structured and independent manner and understand the importance of setting and adhering to timeframes for different types of tasks. You are meticulous in following the laws and regulations governing your work. It is also important that you show flexibility in your approach to work. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills, meaning you work well with others.
Merits:
- Experience with case management systems.
- Experience working with similar tasks.
- Knowledge of current legislation such as the Administrative Procedure Act and the Act on Public Access to Information and Secrecy.
- Familiarity and experience with handling security-classified information.
- Experience filing encrypted documents.

Good to Know
The employment is a fixed-term position from May 1st to December 31st.
If called for an interview, you may be asked to complete a work sample test.
Since some positions with us require security clearance, you may be subject to a security clearance check before employment. This includes a security clearance interview and register control. Swedish citizenship is required for some positions.
