RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you a structured team player who wants to optimize our digital workflows to create an even better daily life for both citizens and employees? We are now looking for a System Administrator for our case management system, TOPdesk.
About the role:
As a System Administrator here, you will have overall responsibility for the administration and development of TOPdesk. The role is central to our ability to deliver high service quality and covers both our internal environment for IT support and the external environment used by our contact center in meetings with citizens.
Your mission is to be the bridge between technology and operations. You ensure that the system not only functions technically but also actively supports and improves our joint working methods.
In the role of System Administrator, you work both operationally and developmentally with a focus on the following areas:
- Business-oriented development: You drive the work to create uniform and efficient working methods in the system. This involves reviewing categorization, case flows, and templates to ensure high data quality and a good user experience.
- System administration and configuration: You are responsible for the technical structure in TOPdesk, including configuration, access management, and role distribution. You own the contact with the system supplier and drive requirement setting when changes are needed.
- Quality assurance and compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that the administration of TOPdesk follows current requirements for system classification, information security, and GDPR. You translate regulatory requirements into practical measures in the system to ensure safe and traceable handling.
- Training and support: You function as the organization's expert support and are responsible for creating instructions and conducting training initiatives to raise the general competence in the system.
- Control and follow-up: You establish and drive an annual calendar for administration. By analyzing statistics regarding volumes and lead times, you provide valuable decision support to the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
Your profile:
We are looking for you who thrive in a role that requires both precision and the ability to see the big picture. You have a pedagogical aptitude and are skilled at communicating complex flows in an understandable way.
Qualifications:
- Experience in system administration or application administration, preferably within ITSM or similar case management systems.
- Good ability to analyze and develop work processes in close collaboration with different business areas.
- Relevant post-secondary education in IT, system science, business development, or another background that we assess as equivalent.
- Very good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
Merits:
- Documented experience of working in TOPdesk.
- Practical experience of system classification and information security related to system administration.
- Driver's license
