We are now looking for a Front Office Agent for the reception at Best Western Plus Park City Hammarby Sjöstad.

As a person, you have a sense for high quality and a great passion for service. We want you to be the face of the hotel and contribute to a fantastic overall experience for our guests. It is also important that you bring joy and fun to the team and that you are a considerate and warm colleague.

Responsibilities

Standard reception duties such as check-in and check-out, booking, sales, bar service, as well as other hotel and service tasks. You will become an important piece of the puzzle in a small team where our guests receive the best possible service!

Qualifications

Preferably a few years of experience in hotel reception or within the service industry. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required as we have many international guests. As a person, you enjoy talking and interacting with people and are not afraid to take initiative. Since you often work alone during your shifts, it is important that you can work both independently and in a team. It is also an advantage if you are technically inclined.

There are good opportunities for growth within the hotel and the group.

Meritorious if you have previous experience with the PMS system Mews or other PMS systems.

Conditions

The position is part-time, and working hours are distributed over days, evenings, and weekends. We follow collective agreements and apply a six-month probation period. We prefer that applicants are at least 20 years old.
