About Hälsorum

Hälsorum is not an ordinary health center.

We are a non-profit organization and a member-owned cooperative run by and for the local community. On behalf of the Region of Jämtland Härjedalen, we provide primary care in the heart of Offerdal.

With us, the health center is more than just a workplace – it is an important part of society. The distance to the hospital is long, but the commitment is close. About the position

As a district nurse with diabetes expertise, you will meet patients of all ages and life situations.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• District nurse clinic with scheduled and urgent visits
• Telephone advice
• Diabetes clinic
• Collaboration with other professions at the health center

The work is independent, but you are never alone. We have short decision-making paths, close collegial collaboration, and great opportunities to influence both working methods and the development of the operations.

We are looking for you who

• Are a licensed district nurse with diabetes expertise
• Feel confident in your professional role and work independently
• Have experience in primary care or a health center
• Appreciate continuity and long-term patient relationships
• Want to contribute to the development of a business where the patient is always at the center
