About Primary Care
Primary Care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division Close Care, together with Ambulance Services, Public Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Primary Care is organized into 4 close care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under "Good and Close Care." Each close care area is an economic unit led by a business manager. Primary Care is also responsible for the region's healthcare advice service, youth clinic, and the close care unit Näva, all of which are grant-funded.

Job Responsibilities
- Assessment of care level and triage within primary care regarding mental ill-health.
- Psychological assessment and treatment of mild to moderate mental ill-health, individually and in groups.
- Evidence-based treatment within the framework of primary care, primarily CBT.
- Consultation and advice to other professions in the team.
Qualifications
For Psychologist
- Licensed psychologist.
- Experience in psychological treatment, preferably CBT.
- Interest in primary care and broad patient cases.
- Good ability to work independently and in a team.
For CBT Therapist or Therapist
- Step 1 CBT or equivalent education in psychotherapeutic treatment.
- Experience in structured talk therapies.
- Familiarity with manual-based or evidence-based methods.
- Ability to work independently within clear frameworks and in collaboration with the team.
Merits
- Experience from primary care or first-line services.
- Experience with short-term treatment interventions.
- Interest in digital working methods and remote work.
Employment Terms
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
Start date: September 2026.
End date: 2027-12-31.
