About the role

As a customer service representative at Taysta, you are a key part of the customer experience. You are responsible for customer service via the reception, phone, email, and social media, and you assist both private individuals and businesses with bookings and inquiries.

The role is broad and varied. You manage events and bookings on Taysta.se, help our partners create and update event and product pages, and work with content in the form of texts, images, and simple video editing. You also participate in our marketing activities and contribute to developing our presence on social media.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and has a professional demeanor. You enjoy working independently, take initiative, and have the ability to juggle many tasks without compromising on quality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Preferred qualifications

• Education in food and beverage.
• Experience from the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Experience in copywriting or digital marketing.
