We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Production Supervisor who can and wants to take clear operational responsibility for one of our production units. You serve as the operational backbone of the production and create stability and results together with your team.

You lead the work close to the operations, make balanced decisions, prioritize in real-time, and create a safe and secure environment for both goal achievement and well-being.

Focus of your role

As a Senior Production Supervisor, you steer daily operations. You lead a team of approximately 50 employees and are supported by an experienced team of group leaders.

Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Leading shifts with clear priorities and consistent follow-up
• Ensuring quality, delivery precision, and safety in production
• Acting on deviations and preventing recurrence
• Acting as a hub between production, technology/maintenance, quality, and planning
• Strengthening and coaching your group leaders in their operational responsibilities
• Ensuring order, structure, and standardized working methods
• Driving improvement work that has a concrete effect on production
• Increasing stability in flows together with the shift teams

Your background

This is truly your backyard; you know how to conduct your analysis, set your action plan, and get the team on board. You are an experienced leader who builds trust through clarity and presence.

In summary, we would like you to have:

• Experience leading large teams in industrial production
• The ability to create drive, responsibility, and pace in shift teams
• A good understanding of quality, standardized working methods, and stable flows
• Experience in leading through others and developing your employees' operational strength
• High work capacity and the ability to keep multiple processes running simultaneously
• Confidence in acting when needed, even with tight timeframes
• System proficiency in production tools, ERP, and MS365
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
