The role suits you if you have experience in project management, adult education, association life, cultural production, or work with young people, and if you want to contribute to giving the next generation of culture and society builders the opportunity to grow.
The project is carried out with support from the Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society (MUCF) and in collaboration with several of the region's leading art institutions.
About the position
The position is a fixed-term employment of 40–50 percent during the period from September 2026 to August 2027.
The work is partly remote and partly on-site around Småland and Öland. Evening and weekend work occurs in connection with meetings, workshops, travel, and events.

- Has experience coaching, supervising, or leading groups.
- Has a good ability to work independently while appreciating collaboration.
- Shares the project's ambition to strengthen young people's influence and participation in society.
It is an advantage if you
- Have experience in cultural production, art projects, or work within the professional art scene.

- Have a driver's license and access to a car.
We offer
- The opportunity to help build a new regional youth project from the ground up.
- Meaningful work where art, democracy, and youth organization meet.
- The possibility to contribute to the next generation of project managers, organizers, and cultural practitioners.
- Collaboration with some of Småland's and Sweden's most interesting art actors.
