The Lighting Business Area is leading in Sweden regarding knowledge within the lighting field. We deliver energy-efficient total solutions to our customers. Our customers include Trafikverket (Swedish Transport Administration), municipalities, construction contracting companies, and within the industrial and infrastructure sectors. Examples of areas where we work include road lighting, lighting of buildings, bridges, trees, and monuments. The Lighting Department East Central is now looking for our next project manager who is driven by working closely with customers and building long-term relationships. Your main tasks as a project manager will be to plan and drive existing operation and maintenance agreements as well as new agreements that we win in tenders.

You are involved in the entire process from bid calculation to contract signing and then drive the agreements. You work together with technicians and subcontractors who perform planned maintenance work, rectify faults, and build new lighting installations. You are responsible for upselling to existing customers and participate in working with processing new customers. We are convinced that the most important quality for succeeding as a project manager is your drive for business and achieving set goals.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and distribute work in your projects
• Be responsible for the economy in the projects
• Manage contacts with customers, clients, and subcontractors
• Compile quotations and participate in tenders
• Procurement of contractors, services, and materials
• Economic and technical follow-up when analyzing projects
• Ensure that our quality and occupational health and safety routines are followed

Requirements

You like to take initiative, see opportunities, and drive the work forward with a focus on both results and quality.

You are outgoing, receptive, and have an easy time building good relationships, both with customers and colleagues. Collaboration comes naturally to you, while you are business-minded and have a clear focus on creating value and developing the business.

The role also requires structure and order. Since you will work in various data and case management systems, you need to be administratively confident, careful, and have the ability to keep several processes together simultaneously.

We also welcome you who are at the beginning of your career as a project manager, but who have the right energy, will, and ambition to develop together with us.

We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like you to already have:

• A completed upper secondary education or higher within electricity.
• A few years of work experience as an electrician.
• An interest in project management and project economics within the electrical industry and public lighting.
• A B-driving license, as daily travel occurs in the position.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good computer skills.

Experience of contracting law, basic occupational health and safety training, training in BAS U/P, Work on the Road, and ESA are meritorious.
